Father Christmas | Grotto Job Role 

We hire over 200 Santas each year.
Many say it’s the best job they’ve ever had. 

Santa greets families, hands out gifts, poses for photos & asks children what they want for Christmas. Assistance is always available from Santa’s Visit Elf. 

• • • Our Santas receive an amazing handmade sized costume.
    • Experience is not essential.
    • Minimum age for consideration is 28.
    • A warm heart & gentle demeanour are necessary.
    • Full training is provided.
    • Our amazing Santa dialogue guide is available for all new Santas. 

Full & part-time positions are available. You can work as much or little as you wish.
We pay for your DBS check & you can be PAYE or Self-Employed.

Santa’s Elf | Grotto Job Role

Are you friendly & love meeting people?
Would you enjoying greeting children & helping Santa?

Santa’s Elf allows you to explore an imaginative performance role, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Great Grottos provide you with a fabulous handmade costume in your size, where you are responsible for:

• • • Welcoming families to Santa’s Grotto.
    • Introducing children to Santa.
    • Taking two photos of every family.
    • Restocking Santa’s sacks.
    • Interacting & improvising with children.

Full & part-time positions are available. Full training is provided and wages paid every two weeks.

Grotto Manager | Grotto Job Role

We require organised & friendly individuals to run our Christmas Grottos.

The goal of the Grotto event is to create a magical experience for each family & ensure that the Grotto team work towards this. 

Our Grotto Managers:

• • • Ensures families enjoy their magical Santa visit.
    • Demonstrates excellent customer interaction.
    • Performs opening/closing procedures.
    • Manages costumes & stock.
    • Ensures the Grotto is always organised.
    • Represents the team throughout the busy Christmas period in a fast-paced event.

Weekend availability is essential. Previous management experience is not essential. Full training & support is provided.
